We all know that for every gem the WIi has to offer, there are a dozen crap shovelwear titles. ANyone have some bad experiences on picking up a game they thought would fill their weekend but instead was garbage?
Mine is Sakura Wars. Just about everything was terrible, including the fact that I had to wait 2 hours before getting into fights. |

Final Fantasy: The Crystal Bearers was not a bad game but disappointing. I loved the GC version and anxiously waiting this one for years only to get some crappy adventure game with silly gameplay mechanics. It could have been good if they made it with Wii Motion + because the “grabbing things” idea just doesn't work.

Oh man, Sakura Wars. Luckily I only rented it lol. The worst for me is Elebits. It's just not as good as the other games in my collection.

Not sure if its the worst Wii game ever but Metroid: Other M was a devastating disappointment. Poor Samus, the Wii wasn't kind to you, was it?
Actually, Sonic and the Black Knight is also up there when it comes to crap games I bought. |

Yea, the worst Wii game I ever bought was most likely Sonic and the Secret Rings. I enjoyed the SA:2B and Sonic Heroes for GC so I was looking forward to it, but instead they added some abysmal controls that were about as fun watching paint dry.

Billy the Wizard: Rocket Broomstick Racing. You have to steer with the nunchuck's tilt sensor and it works terribly. A bull crap game all around.

I think I own every crappy Wii game ever. I have Ninjabread Man, M&M's Kart Racing, Mini Desktop Racing, etc. You name it, I have it.

You haven't played a terrible Wii game until you've played The Monkey King. Oh man, what a sucky game! You can beat it in like 20 minutes, it has stupid-easy gameplay that a 3 year old can beat, and it just all around sucked.

Animal Crossing City Folk. I know its actually a favorite Wii game for many but I found it extremely repetitive and just not fun since there was really nothing new or innovative. Also, a city is not very expansive when its tinier than your humble little town.

Soul Caliber Legends felt very shovelware-esque even though there was nothing fundamentally wrong with it. I could see plenty of people enjoying the co-op, but a bad game anyway. I'm still pissed that Lloyd Irving was in it. DotNW is a meh Tales game, but not terrible overall.

The worst Wii game I own? Easily Sonic & The Black Knight. It has some cute storybook scenes but besides that feels so uninspired and ridiculous.
