POWER-UP - EFFECT
Time Freeze - Stop the hourglass for more time to complete the lesson.
Beetle Blast - Scare Thatch and earn a bonus tick.
Snow Stopper - Stops all enemies momentarily.
Power Bolt - Fill Casper with power, scare the teacher, and earn a bonus tick.
