To get Adell and Rozalin from the second Disgaea on your team, first beat the Cave Of Ordeals to unlock the Demon Hall Mirror. Play this level five times and you will have to fight Adell at level 2,000. After defeating Adell, you will have to fight both Adell at level 2,000 and Rozalin at level 2,500 at the same time. They will join your party after you defeat them.
