While making a game, when prompted to select an employee to pick a scenario, tap "Back" on the bottom right. Tap "OK" again at the "Game Direction" screen. You will be prompted to select the employee again. However, the no employee has the "PREV" symbol anymore, allowing them to do a task an infinite number of times.
When selecting Genre and Type, get to the point in which you choosean employee. Press BACK and you can see the result of your Genre/Type combo without making a game. Use this to find a successful combo.
To get a Hardware Engineer, win the Game Awards and the Grand Prize to unlock the monkey applicant. Alternately, get a level 1 employee to level 5 in four different specializations.
Use the "Word of Mouth" hiring option until all slots are filled, then get the best possible hiring available. When you hire someone and are told that you must fire someone, fire anyone and you will not have to pay anything.
