Note: v1.1 or higher is required. Note: This procedure requires editing a game file; creating a backup copy of the file before proceeding is recommended. With a text editor, edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\18 wos across america" directory. Change the value of the "uset g_console" line from "0" to "1" to enable the console. After that, press ~ during game play to display the console window. Note: Press ¬ during game play to display the console window in the European version of the game. Activate the following cheats by entering the corresponding codes and pressing ENTER. Press ~ again to exit the console:

Go to your Documents and find the game file called config. Then, open it in a text editorand change this line: Change uset g_police "1" into uset g_police "0".

Save your game, then find the game folder and open the save folder to find your save file. Open the game.sii file in a text editor and search for "bank." You can edit your money here by entering any number you like.

The .scs files in the game's main directory are really .zip files that have a different extension. Renaming a copy to .zip lets you open it and see the game files.
