The 30-06 semi automatic (S-A) Sportster is the best rifle to use for hunting anything. Have it sighted in at the furthest target on the sighting range if you like to take long shots or sight in at whatever range you like to shoot at. Note: If you sight in at the furthest target, do not aim above the animal, as the 30-06 does not drop much.
