Be cautious when filling out charts. Most points result from accurately filling them out. Also, people may end up in worse shape or dead if you make the slightest mistake.
The PDA is very useful toward the beginning of the game. Pressing a specific button will indicate exactly what you need to do in order to treat the patient in front of you. However, later in the game you must memorize procedures and treatments. Otherwise, patients who are more critical will simply die while you are attempting to use the PDA.
Avoid overusing hospital supplies if possible. This specific hospital is low on funds. Therefore, the hospital administrator will give you tons of grief if you waste supplies.
