Make a Grenadier and use the Chronoshift cheat, or normally select the Chronoshift on the Grenadier. After that, send him to something in an enemy base. This is best used to kill Rocket Soldiers to clear the way for the planes.
Creat a MCV and put it slightly off your base. Then, build Barracks and train Medics. Build APCs, Chinooks, and Transports to get units healed. This also works with mechanics and vehicles. Note: This works best with the Allies.
