Host a multiplayer game, then make a Rail Gun mod so that you will start with it. Go to the fortress (near the battlegrounds) and get a Sniper Rifle, then shoot the rifle until it is empty. Rapidly switch and right click between the Rail Gun and Sniper Rifle. Suddenly, you will get Rail Gun with a sniper.
