Unlock the following bonuses by performing the correpsonding tasks:

Dinosaur Canyon area - Turn the car around at the starting line, then drive up the ramp on the right.
Daytona bonus car - Place in first on all tracks in a normal race under the normal difficulty setting.
Uma horse - Place in first on all tracks in a normal race under the hard difficulty setting.
Uma 2 horse - Place in first using Uma on all tracks in a normal race under the normal difficulty setting.

When drifting though a corner, shift into first gear and turn the corner. When the car start to drift slightly, shift back into third or fourth gear. This is useful in the E corner.
