Stock up with enough health potions and everything else needed. Run through the Quick Maze Of Hell and along the way you should find a chest with at least one Devil in it. It respawns every hour.
If people are blocking your path, keep on walking to get past them. Whether they are in front of a door or just blocking a path, walking through them is possible by holding DOWN and clicking the "Down" button to get past them.
