Note: This procedure requires editing a game file; creating a backup copy of the file before proceeding is recommended. With a text editor, edit the "autoexec_a2.cfg" file in the "/profiles/" directory in the game folder. Add the following line to the end of the file in the "// Startup" section:

setvar dev_console_password = schwinge-des-todes  

Then, use a text editor to edit the "input_a2.cfg" file in the "\my documents\my games\homm5toe\profiles\playername" folder. Add the following line at the end of the "// console" section:

bind show_console '`'

Press ~ during game play to display the console window. Type enable_cheats to enable cheat mode, then activate the following cheats by entering the corresponding codes:
