Start the game with the -badnews command line parameter, then press CTRL + TAB during game play. Activate the following cheats by entering the corresponding codes:

Enter the "Unit Editor" option at the main menu and create a configuration file. Name it whatever desired, then edit the building, troops, tanks, or turrets that you want to make stronger. After that, go to a multi-player game and select "Solo Play" to host the game. You should then see a option that reads "Unit Stats". Select it until the name of the configuration file that you created appears. Set the game up and quit after about one minute of game play. Go back to the main menu and enter a single player game. Select the level you want to play. If done correctly, the unit stats should be active.
