When you reach the part by the shed, read the sign by the gate. It reads "Caution. Use blocks when parking". Look over to the other side of the gate to find a trailer there. Take the sniper rifle and shoot the block from under the trailer. It will start to roll and knock over the bridge. You can now pass this area.
