Win the Robot Wars Championship (which also unlocks Chaos 2) to unlock the bonus Kilamanjaro level. Note: The Siberia level must already be unlocked.

Buy cheap armor and weapons from the junkyard and add them to your spares. Save the game and return to the main menu, then return to the robot setup screen. Sell the armor and weapons to get full price for them.

To flip robots when playing with Panic Attack, get your opponent on the back of Panic and use his Scrimech as a flipper.

Push your enemy onto the flipper. After eight seconds, it will flip the robot and it will possibly land upside down. Note: You can also be flipped as well. Also, when you go to dump a robot into the pit (by Shunt's CPZ), Shunt comes out without you going into the CPZ -- be careful.
