It is pretty hard to get headshots, which do count in this game. With some practice, the following is an easy way to always get them. Press [Auto-Aim] and use the Right Analog-stick to move the auto-aim target around your victim's body. Then, barely move the Right Analog-stick as you are shooting to put bullets in the chest and head, resulting in an easy instant kill.
