Sparking helicopter tail

With the "Spawn Annihilator police helicopter" code enabled, smack off the helicopter's tail on a building while in the air. Once it has broken off, hold the throttle to keep flying. Then, enable the "Restore Niko's health, armor, and ammunition" code. If done correctly, the tail should still be sparking although it is no longer broken.
