First complete the Finale: Ephemera mission, then display the following alternate inventories by pressing the D-pad in the corresponding direction five times at the inventory screen before starting a mission:
INVENTORY - DIRECTION Black Ninja Flame , Explosive Sushi +300 (5), Powerful Land Mine (5), Cicada Shell - Press DOWN(5). Short Grapple Hook, Strength Potion +90 (10), Knockout Sushi +90 (10), Speed Potion +90 (10) - Press LEFT(5). Grapple Hook, Asuka Shuriken (30), Weak Land Mine (10), Health Potion +60 (20) - Press RIGHT(5). Default mission inventory - Press UP(5).
Complete the Finale: Ephemera mission, then pause game play, then activate the following cheats by entering the corresponding codes. Note: Only one code can be enabled per mission:
CHEAT FUNCTION - CHEAT CODE Invincibility - Press RIGHT(2), DOWN, UP(2). Note: Stealth kills will do 50% damage. One hit kill mode - Press UP(2), DOWN, RIGHT, UP. Note: You and all NPCs die in one attack. Restore health - Press UP, RIGHT(2), DOWN, LEFT. Unlimited items - Press DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN.
Unlock the following characters by performing the corresponding tasks:

Ichijou Samurai with alternate moveset - Get Ichijou Samurai to level 21. Ichijou - Get Ichijou General to level 10. Kinu in alternate costume with Gamuran sword - Get Kinu to level 21. Kinu with Gamuran's sword, alternate costume and Goh's move set - Get Kinu to maximum level (4,000 experience points). Nami the WotS1 Instructor - Complete all missions. Sadame Rifle - Get Sadame Archer to level 10. Sadame Samurai with Iaijutsu moveset - Get Sadame Samurai to level 21. Sadame Samurai - Get Sadame Samurai to level 10. Sadame - Get Sadame General to level 10. Zaji with Gamuran sword - Get Zaji to level 21. Zaji with Gamuran's sword - Get Zaji to maximum level (4,400 experience points).
