When you start the game, rent the cheapest car, then buy your own car. Go to the Saturn car dealership, and buy a Saturn Sky Roadster. It is cheap and will leave you with some money left over. Then, buy the $100,000 house. As soon as you get to go on your own, select the map. Target one of the shops on the border. Go around the entire border and visit every shop, car-dealer, lobby, and club. When you are done with the border, do the same thing with the middle. Once you do this, it will be very easy to get to places because you can teleport anywhere you have been. Also, when you are doing many races and get money, you can just teleport to the car dealer, club, part shop, or retailer.
