The "Fission Mailed" achievement is a reference to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty. When playing the last mission in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty with Raiden, there will be a fake game over screen with the words "Fission Mailed", instead of Mission Failed.
