Go to the the underground lab beneath the school and find the room with the Reflex Injector hidden under the mechanical arm. There is a lab assigned to an "N. Mapes", senior software engineer, a reference to Norton Mapes in the original F.E.A.R. He is the computer whiz who tries to evade you.
