Demo car listThe following is a list of cars in the demo version of the game: |
Endurance race hintEnter any Endurance race and hire the cheapest driver, then go to the difficulty settings. Change each setting so that it will give you a bonus (except for the difficulty of the AI drivers), then change the AI to easy and begin the race. All you have to do now is wait. |
Recommended cars-Check your prize cars often as those cars usually fit in the regulations and have better handling than a tuned up car. For example, try the following cars---all prize cars from earlier races: |
Tuning down cars hintWhen tuning down a car (to fit into regulations), try uninstalling weight reduction or buying second to last weight reduction. Buying racing tires will bump you up a class, so changing to stock/sport tires will usually bring you down a class or lower your hp slightly. Sometimes you will also need stock brakes and stock dampers. Engine upgrades often bump you up a class. |
Change any 2WD car into 4WDWear out your tires, then burnout in your highest gear. Once the RPMs reach red, downshift into first (i.e. one downshift will put it into first). Keep the brake on during this. If done correctly you will have all wheel drive. |
Drive around in the pits glitchIn Test Drive mode, with any car on any track with a pit, enter the pit and pause game play. Go to the "Tune Car" option and, as soon as it appears, press A to return to the pause menu. Resume the game. You should now be able to drive around the pits freely. If you have damage on and you exit the pits backwards, you will not take any damage (even if it appears that you are). |
Easy money glitches-Note: An unpatched game is required. Select any car and purchase the upgrade second to the last. After buying it, reinstall the stock part and there should be a blue check on the purchased part. Go to it, then press RT + X just as you are selling the part you just purchased. It should move over to the one on the end. You will receive the money for the one on the end while the one that you purchased should still be there. You can repeat this as many times as desired. Note: if you have already purchased the best upgrade, this glitch will not work--instead it will sell the best upgraded for sell price. |
