To get out of the Subway map in multiplayer mode, find the rock staircase by one of the buildings and look for a concrete block facing the middle of the staircase. Run along the right side of it and tap A to roll onto the rocks. Then, go to your left and tap A again or walk onto the staircase. Go to the top and walk to your left. Walk through the trees and over the rocks.
