At the top of the map where the 180 on winding road is located (top right), there is a barn/houses area that is fenced off. Find the open gate and drive through slowly. You will go downhill and need to turn right. Stay near the water so you do not lose power. If you have enough speed (over 10 mph) you should work your way up the hill. Note: There are no walls in the buildings.
