Stage 1 - Have Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Quan at level 50 proficiency.
Stage 2 - Have Nobunaga, Hideyoshi, and Leyasu at level 50 proficiency.
Stage 3 - Beat Samurai Chapter 2, Wu Chapter 4, and Orochi Chapter 2.
Stage 4 - Beat Samurai Chapter 2.
Stage 5 - Beat Samurai Chapter 3.
Stage 6 - Collect 15 treasures.
Stage 7 - Beat Wei Chapter 3 and Shu Chapter 3.
Stage 8 - Collect all treasures.
Stage 9 - Beat Wei Chapter 7.
Stage 11 - Beat Wei Chapter 6, Wu Chapter 6, and Sengoku Chapter 4.
Stage 12 - Beat Wei Chapter 4 and Wu Chapter 5.
Stage 13 - Beat all Story modes.
Stage 14 - Beat Wu Final Chapter.
Stage 15 - Beat Wei Final Chapter.
Stage 16 and 18 - Have the three characters in each stage at level 99 (includes Gan Ning, Huang Zhong, Inahime, Kotaro, Xiahou Yuan, and Zhang Liao).
Stage 17 - Beat 20 stages in Story mode.
Stage 20 - Total of all character levels equal 1,820 or higher.
Stage 21 - Beat Samurai Final Chapter.
Stage 22 - Beat Orochi Chapter 5.
Stage 24 - Total of all character levels equal 910 or higher.
Stage 25 - Beat 30 stages in Story mode.
Stage 26 - Total of all character levels equal 3,640 or higher.
Stage 27 - Total of all character proficiency levels equal 2,730 or higher.
Stage 28 - Beat Orochi Final Chapter.
