Unlock All Levels:
At the main menu, choose the password option and then press RIGHT, L, UP, DOWN, B, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT to unlock all levels.
Ending Bonuses:
Begin a new game with your completed game password. On your next trip through the game, press R+B to shoot with rapid fire (turret) or spread attack (tommy gun).
