Secret Race:
In versus mode, after picking a character and a vehicle, choose "change planets" and then highlight NHO. Hold L, R, and SELECT, and then press RIGHT. You can now race against J.B. Slash on the Inferno track.
Unlock Olaf:
At the character select screen, highlight Tarquin, hold L, R, and SELECT, and then press RIGHT.
