In HiguReya shop are two lucky draw machines. You can toss chips into them and get random items back. The first machine takes three chips and the second one takes ten chips. Do not throw Roll into the machine.
Tip on how to defeat Protoman:
When you fight Protoman, he use a shield when fire at him, hit him before he attacks, that's the safest time to fire.
