Play through Challenge mode or Survival mode once and beat them when you battle them.
Rauzaruk Zatch & Kiyo:
Get 100% Zatch Collection then put Up,L,R,Down,L,R,L,Left,Right,R at title screen then play story mode again.
Poygon & Raiku Sensei:
Play challenge mode, 60 sec., Normal mode, with Zeno & Dufort and win every battle by letting the time run out.
Characters:
Perform the specified task in order to unlock that team of characters.
Brago & Sherry - Beat them in the Story mode
Kolulu & Lori - Beat them in the Story mode
Kanchome & Folgore - Beat them in the Story mode
Rops & Apolo - Beat them in the Story mode
Tia & Megumi - Beat them in the Story mode
