Codes Menu:
In the options menu, highlight Gameplay, then hold Left on the Control Pad and Right on the left analog stick and press Start. A Codes section will appear in the options menu.
Unlock Bonus Teams:
To unlock Bonus Teams, enter the options menu and select ''Gameplay''. Hold D-pad Left + Left Analog-stick Right and press Start. Now that you have done that, the ''Codes'' selection will now be unlocked at the options menu. Now, go to the ''Codes'' section and enter MEGASTARS to unlock the Sega Sports, Visual Concepts, and Team 2K2 in exhibition and street modes. The code is case-sensitive so it has to be done as appears.
