Cheat Codes:
From the Controller Menu in the Pause menu, enter the following:
Cheat Effect
UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, START, START, Y, A, X, B Get All Upgrades
DOWN, A, UP, Y, START, START, RIGHT, LEFT, X, B Invincibility
Get characters, stages, and Pendulum mode.
Choose "Options" from the game menu and press the following:
Cheat Effect
Up, Down, Up, Down, A, Start, X, Start, Y, A, Y, A, X, X, B This unlocks all stages in "Play Sagas" mode, all of the items at the extra menu, and all of thge stages and characters in Pendulum mode.
Pendulum Mode:
Beat the game once, and you'll unlock the Pendulum mode. In this mode, you can replay any chapter you like, with any character you like; Including some hidden ones: Broly, Bardock, Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha.

Here is how to unlock SS and SS2 for the following chracters in story mode
