Camera Reset:
If you have a third controller plugged in, during gameplay, hold R and press A to reset the camera.
Demo Cam:
If you have a third controller plugged in, during gameplay, hold R and press Y to get a demo cam.
Different camera view:
To go to a drive-by camera view, insert a spare controller into the third controller port, and then press L, R, and Y simultaneously on that controller. All of this should happen while you are driving.
First-Person View:
If you have a third controller plugged in, during
gameplay, hold R and Press B to get a first-person view.
Get Rickshaw Taxi:
This works in Arcade and Normal modes:
Select which character you want then, tap L+R 3 times rapidly, then press A. You should hear a bell ring if done properly, and you will start off the level with a rickshaw bike.
Play in 'Another Day' Mode:
To play in 'another day' mode press and hold R while choosing your character. You will see the message ''Another Day'' if you did it properly.
Play in Expert Mode:
To play in expert mode (no arrow indicators, no destination indicators) hold in L, R, and Start before the Character Selection screen appears. If done properly the word ''Expert'' will appear on the screen.
Alternately, if you want to play with just no arrow indicators, hold in R, and Start before the Character Selection screen appears. For no destination indicators only, hold in L, and Start.
Speed Indicator:
If you have a third controller plugged in, during gameplay, hold R and press X,X,X,X,X to get a speed indicator.
Speedometer:
During gameplay, plug an additional controller into port 3, then hold the L and R buttons and Y.
Turn off the Arrow:
To remove that arrow that points you to your next destination, hold R and press START before you see the charecter select screen. If you have done this correctly, ''No Arrows'' will appear on the screen.
Unlock the Pedal Bike:
You can do any of these variations for the trick to work. #1, however, is the only way to permanently unlock the bike.
Way #1) The main way to do this is to successfully complete all sixteen Crazy Box levels. This unlocks the secret bike, which can be used in arcade, original, and crazy box mode.
Way #2) While at the character selection screen, hold L + R. First release L, then release R. Again, hold L + R, then release both at the same time. Next, press A. If done correctly, you will now be riding a bicycle.
Way #3) Highlight a driver at the ''choose your character'' screen and press L + R, L + R, L + R, then hold L + R + Up and choose your driver. NOTE: Make sure you're holding straight up. Diagonal does not work.
Way #4) If you want to unlock the push bike in ''Another Day'' mode, first choose original mode. Then press R + L, R + L, R + L, R, R + A at the character selection area.
