Moving out:
When buying a new house, your house will be in your inventory. If you want to move just "Use" it. You will be asked if you want to move out. Tap "Yes".
More money without treating animals:
All at one time, hold down R, L, A, B, X, and Y. Hold down for about 5 minutes and you will have up to 1,000,000 dollars -- (This does not affect your Reputation points)
