Acquire all 5 Giga Cards.
Cancer Boss:
Speak to the red-headed boy in The Wave, and then battle him in the Amaken Foyer EM Road.
Thunder Boss:
Speak to the ghost after beating the game. Battle him in the City Dump EM Road.
Woods Boss:
Speak to him in front of the stage at Nancy’s, then battle him in the EM Road of the stage.
Mega Man.EXE:
Place any GBA Mega Man Battle Network game into the GBA slot on your DS, and you can get a sequence of events, after saving your game, where you can meet up with Mega Man.EXE.
