Get Old Axe Armor:
Slay at least 1,000 Old Axe Armors and save the game; next, begin a new game.
Cake:
Alter your bday in Nintendo DS system settings to the current
date; next, find the shopkeeper and Vincent will give you a birthday cake
for 3,000.

Use Charlotte and get in front of Vincent and hold Up until he starts talking.
