Block all attacks:
To block all attacks, at the main menu press triangle, square, triangle, O, O, square.
Invincibility:
To activate invincibility, at the main menu hold L2 + R2 and press X, triangle, triangle, square, L1, R1.
Gold Idol room:
When you get to the waterfall, defeat
all the enemies. Walk through the waterfall and you will enter a secret
room with the Gold Idol.
Loot challenge easy win:
In the Loot challenge in multiplayer mode, kill the enemies with both players. Then, only have one person collect the loot.
Gold bars in Shipwreck City:
After receiving the Captain's piece of 8 from the thief, go backwards
over the direction you traveled to get the thief. The gold bars will
appear the second time that you travel through this path.

Unlock the following swords by completing the corresponding levels:
Bone sword - Complete the davy jones' locker level.
Davy Jones' sword - Complete the maelstrom level.
Dutchman sword - Complete the pearl vs dutchman level.
Ghost sword - Complete the hit combo sub-mission on the isla cruces level.
Gun sword - Complete the sea battle level.
Legend sword - Complete the hit combo sub-mission on the maelstrom level.
Norrington sword - Complete the isla cruces level.
Pirate King's sword - Complete the shipwreck city level.
