Stand in the Spa near the cave.
Watering Can:
To acquire a better Watering Can, water every tilled square until your character ascends to Level 2. Talk to Masami after and she'll give you a Weird Watering Can that can water three squares at once.
Get Buggy and Ranch:
Finish the four blue jewels and put them in the altars on your farm.
