To unlock Plissken, beat the game on Normal.
Tsugu-Min:
To unlock Tsugu-Min, beat the game on Easy.
Nightmare difficulty:
To unlock Nightmare difficutly, beat the game on Hard difficulty. In Nightmare difficulty, enemies will shoot a blue ring after they are killed.
