Ambassador gunship - Complete level 3 of the helicopter flying mission.
Diplomat heavy tank - Destroy the targeted buildings for the allied nations.
MOAB bomb - Complete all HVT missions for the allied nations.

Bunker Buster - Complete the final contract mission, "Get Solano Part
2" to unlock it for purchase from Eva for $1 million.
Unlockable costumes:
Complete
a three level weapon challenge at the PMC Villa with Fiona to unlock
the listed costumes for the corresponding character. The pistol weapon
challenge is the easiest of them all.

Monster truck:
Go
to Eva the mechanic and she will have you test drive a monster truck.
After test driving it you will be able to purchase it from her.
100% completion:
In
order to get 100% completion, complete the outpost missions before
starting the final mission in story mode. The outpost missions cannot
be played after completing the final mission, and are required for 100%
completion.
Easy money glitch:
In level 3 keep
repeating the winching challenge while wagering the highest amount
possible. Stack the three crates in a pile with one on top of the other
with toolbox on top. Wait a few seconds and you will receive the money.
Buying nuclear bunker busters:
After killing Salano, Eva will sell nuclear bunker busters.
In to the green zone easy complete:
Buy a Helicopter at the store and fly to the vip to complete the mission.
Car bomb:
Attach C4 to your car. Drive toward your target at max speed, then jump out and detonate when the car is close to the target.
Scope cheat for regular weapons:
While in scope mode with the .50 cal rifle change weapons. You will remain in scope mode with the gun you change to.
Swimming underwater:
Crash
a helicopter into the water. Exit and grapple on to it. You will sink
to the bottom and will be able to swim for a short period of time.
Repair vehicle:
Enter a building to repair any vehicle you have left outside.
Stealing faction's fuel:
To
steal fuel tanks without being caught, fly a chopper used by the
faction that you are stealing from to where their fuel tank are and
winch one. The faction will not attack you if you use one their
choppers. Take the fuel to a neutral spot, and call Ewan to have it
picked up.

...And Justice For All (50) - Verify all high value targets.
Armageddon It (20) - Destroy 20 buildings.
Balls to the Wall (20) - Beat the Winching Challenge three times.
Be Quick or Be Dead (10) - Snipe 50 enemy vehicle drivers.
Billion Dollar Babies (25) - Earn $1 billion.
Damage, Inc. (50) - Use 20 airstrikes in co-op.
Digital Man (20) - Unlock all shop items.
Dirty Deeds (10) - You achieved maximum Universal Petroleum mood.
Eat the Heat (10) - Try accelerating and braking at the same time.
Everybody Wants Some!! (50) - Play with a Mercenaries 2 developer or a player who already has this Achievement.
Forever Free (10) - You achieved maximum P.L.A.V. mood.
Gone Shootin' (20) - Complete one of Fiona's challenges.
Hail and Kill (20) - Destroy 50 objects using melee.
Heavy Metal Thunder (10) - Successfully complete 10 action hijacks.
Hello, Hooray (50) - You acquired the PMC.
Highway to Hell (10) - Complete three different races.
Holy Smoke (20) - Destroy 50 objects with a grenade.
Island of Domination (10) - You achieved maximum Pirate mood.
Little Savage (20) - Destroy 50 objects with an RPG launcher.
No More Mr. Nice Guy (10) - Make all factions HOSTILE.
Nothin' But a Good Time (50) - Destroy 200 objects from the gunner seat in co-op.
Oil and Gasoline (20) - You recruited Eva.
Partners in Crime (50) - Play co-op with a friend.
Pipeline (20) - Capture all outposts for a single faction.
Ride the Dragon (10) - You hijacked the tank in the villa.
School's Out (20) - You completed the tutorial.
Shoot to Thrill (20) - Get 25 headshots.
Tattooed Millionaire (25) - Earn $1 million.
The Analog Kid (20) - You recruited Misha.
The Rage (20) - You completed "Rescue Carmona."
We'll Burn the Sky (50) - Unlock all landing zones.
